Upon the purchase or sale of a dog/puppy, this page is filled out and signed by both parties involved, each receiving a final copy. This is a receipt and/or proof of purchase.

This is a general form used to keep contact information organized between an owner and the breeder.

Guardian Home Agreement

We have a guardian/foster home program. Every family/individual that applies and is interested in being a guardian home for any of our dogs, is required to fill out and sign this agreement, agreeing to the stated conditions. Puppy Application

If you are interested in purchasing a puppy from us, we ask that you submit a puppy application form to us prior to the sale. This is to help us find out more about you and your interests in our dogs. You may submit it by mail, email, or fax. See our home page for contact information.

Spay / Neuter Agreement

We require that you spay/neuter your puppy at the appropriate age. This agreement is to be signed at the time of sale, along with the Bill of Sale. However, we are open to discussing breeding rights to those who are interested. There are some responsibilities and conditions regarding breeding rights.

Veterinary Information

We use this page to help organize our vet information for each dog. This is very helpful, especially for our dogs that are in guardian homes. This helps us to keep track and monitor our dogs' ongoing health and veterinary records. This is also available upon request during the purchase or sale of a mature dog or puppy.
