Spay and Neuter Agreements:

We do require you spay or neuter your puppy at the appropriate age. However, we are open to discussing placing puppies in homes that are interested in breeding rights, for additional cost. Feel free to ask about these rights and the conditions that come with.

Lifetime Support:

We are always open and available if questions or concerns arise regarding our dogs. We encourage future owners and puppy buyers to feel free to ask us questions about the well-being of their pet if the concern arises. We also would be overjoyed to hear regular updates on how our dogs are doing in their new homes. We encourage pictures to be sent as our dogs and puppies grow older so we can see how they are enjoying their new homes. These pictures may also be added to the website.

Re-homing Policy:

We try our best to place our puppies in forever homes where the puppy's temperament and behavior is a match to the owners' lifestyle and ability to meet the dog's needs. In rare cases, things do not always work out as expected and the owners are faced with the difficult decision to re-home their family pet. As part of our lifetime support offer, we ask that owners contact us if the need arises to find a new home for their pet. We often know of people interested in mature or adult dogs and can help in finding a home for your beloved pet.

Health Guarantee:

Our health guarantee covers life threatening illnesses, genetic and hereditary illnesses that affect the quality of your dog's life. If a problem arises within the first 2 years of life, we will gladly replace your puppy. We do require all vet certificates, proof of hip dysplasia, genetic eye defects, etc. to determine that your puppy has a genetic health problem. We do not require you to put your pet to sleep.

The health of our dogs and puppies is our main concern and we take the same pride in your puppy's health as well. We cannot always guarantee a "perfect" puppy, but we do our best to ensure that everyone is happy and healthy. We do take necessary precautions to screen out genetic defects and prevent these problems from being passed to future generations.

Guardian Home Program

We periodically provide the opportunity for Guardian home arrangements.  This program allows for a Win-Win-Win solution, where we retain ownership of our dogs for breeding purposes, the guardian home gets an inexpensive pet, and our dog gets a loving home.

The guardian home is required to pay for the regular care and maintenance of our dog as if it was their pet,  but are not required to pay the regular purchase price or breeding related costs.  If you are local to Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA and are interested, please read the Guardian Home Agreement and contact us if you wish to be considered. We will interview applicants, as we require.
